A light blue BMW M2, in for windshield film and interior protection. Film was fitted to the windscreen, then cut and laid on the door cards, the carbon centre console and the gloss-black gear-selector surround.
The Challenge
The M2's cabin is dominated by carbon and piano-black surfaces that mark easily, and its steeply raked windscreen faces whatever the car in front throws up.
Our Approach
Templates for the interior trim were cut first and taped to the studio glass. Windscreen film was positioned by two installers and squeegeed from the centre out; the interior film was then fitted piece by piece and worked into every edge by hand.
The Result
Glass and cabin surfaces protected without changing how they look. The carbon still reads as carbon.
